Steed On The Street

The streets of German Village have lots of little oddities — stray blocks, water troughs, and hitching poles that harken back to the horse-and-buggy era when German Village was first created and settled.  I particularly like this remnant of those days gone by, which now stands like a kind of urban art on City Park Avenue.
